Practitioner led action research

In 2012-13, LSIS supported a number of practitioner-led Exploratory Research Projects with the aim of improving practice in English, maths and ESOL. The overall aim of the projects was to develop innovative and creative approaches to delivering English, maths and ESOL in order to increase learner motivation, achievement and progression in life and work.

Practitioners involved in the projects produced posters to showcase the aim of their projects, as well as the methodology and research findings.
