The workshop will include opportunities to hear from people directly involved in the trailblazer process and to discuss the transition with colleagues from other providers. The objective of this workshop is to enable provider organisations to increase awareness of and commitment to Traineeships with employers who are currently non-adopters, and to increase the number of potential learners.
